The last couple of weekends were pretty crappy. The weekend before last was rainy the whole time, the weekend after was sunny, but I wasn't out there when there was any wind. Remember the rule for lake trout fishing..... Lake like glass = no fish bite. Lakers seem to like a bit of chop on the water to get aggressive when it comes to feeding. Not sure why... Maybe because it helps to break up the sunlight.
